Easy Answer: Yes
Harder Answer: Yes&No
We will only screen the guarantor/Co-Signer in most events, not the resident in terms of credit check. So typically a guarantor is an individual who is planning on living here's family member that is guaranteeing the lease financially in the event the resident does not pay. However, if you are self-qualifying then we would screen the individual who signed the lease for credit.
So in short.
Resident with a guarantor will only be screen from criminal records, whereas the guarantor will be subject to credit checks.

Hello David,
In the pool area glass is restricted, but solo cups and other beverages are allowed in this area. We just ask that the residents clean up after themselves.
Stopped by for a tour a few days ago. Unfortunately transferring sooner than I thought due to my program acceptance so I won’t be able to stay here. I 100 percent recommend this place to any student looking in the bcs area. The property is beautiful and met my needs. The leasing agent did a great job on my tour and was very knowledgeable and able to answer any question or doubt I had.

Its hard to find an apartment complex that meets all my needs but Lark has been pretty great! The staff is super friendly and very helpful when I need anything. They offer lots of amenities including great study spaces. I love living at Lark and highly recommend to anyone looking for an apartment!
