From our initial contact with J&M Pool Company to the completion and first use of our new pool, we received exceptional service from the entire team. Our sales representative, Craig, conducted the initial consultation and yard survey, guiding us through each step of the process and clearly setting expectations. Following the land survey, we met with our designer, Amanda, and Craig. Amanda presented an outstanding interpretation of our yard that incorporated all our desired features. We were highly impressed and pleased with the initial design, which required only minimal modifications. Tyler, our construction manager, demonstrated extensive knowledge and ensured the construction process adhered strictly to the plan.
