Your hands are tied when you break down on GSP or NJT and you are told who is going to tow you based on where you break down. Paul came to pick up our car after we broke down and was very polite while we traveled with him to drop the car off. He was a pleasure to travel with and kept checking in to make the temperature in the truck was comfortable and asked if we needed to charge our phones. Thanks for making a stressful situation less stressful. 😊
